We had a blast at the 2015 Philadelphia Science Festival!
On May 2nd, CEF staff members teamed up with The Dow Chemical Company to exhibit at the 2015 Philadelphia Science Festival’s Carnival. On a bright, sunny day in Philly, we challenged students of all ages to explore properties of water and surfactants through an experiment called “floating paper clips!” We also gave away You Be The Chemist Challenge® t-shirts and other science-themed prizes. We had a great day – and we think the attendees who stopped by our booth did, too!
